Join the journey with Shastram to understand the hereditary roots of Bharathanatyam, the Margam and the Tanjore Quartet. Hereditary artist Charumathi Chandrasekaran takes us on a 5 Day Historical and Cultural Tour and Dance Workshop in and around Tanjore.
Learn 4 dance items from the repertoire of the hereditary artists.
Also learn about King Raja Raja Chola and the contributions he has been to preservation of the art form.
Shastram will also create a Photo and Video portfolio for each participant with the amazing back drops of Rich and Ancient Tanjore.
